We’re Hiring: English Teacher Trainer & Classroom Coach

Crescent Model Public School is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic English Teacher Trainer & Classroom Coach to support the professional development of our teachers.

Key Responsibilities

• Train teachers in spoken English, pronunciation, grammar and vocabulary.
• Improve teachers’ classroom communication and English-speaking confidence.
• Observe classroom teaching and provide practical coaching and constructive feedback.
• Guide teachers in lesson delivery, student engagement and English-medium classroom practices.
• Conduct workshops, demonstration lessons and regular teacher-development sessions.
• Help create a consistent English-speaking environment across the school.

Preferred Candidate

• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Experience as an English teacher, language trainer, teacher trainer or academic coach.
• Excellent communication, presentation and mentoring skills.
• Ability to provide supportive, practical and respectful classroom feedback.
• A relevant teaching or English-language qualification is preferred.

Classes Covered

The selected candidate will conduct English-language development sessions for students across all classes up to Class 5.

Working Hours

Part-time, approximately 2–4 hours per day, Monday to Saturday, depending on the school’s requirements.
